An EICR provides a thorough inspection of your existing wiring and installation, identifying any code C1, C2 or C3 defects and giving you the documentation you need for landlord compliance or property sales.
All rewiring work is notified to Building Control under Part P of the Building Regulations and a full completion certificate is provided on finishing. We take great care to minimise plasterwork damage during rewires and can advise on making good after the job is complete.
